I am not fast and thus possess no crowns, but my neighborhood loop has become a a route to be defended by my husband against his friends who run through just to steal it. These people run a sub 5. It gets ugly. My only crown was a woodland circle in Galway and it is obviously not often run by others, because I had it for almost a year. Who knows if/ when I can reclaim it!
